Felt Alive is a touch-based game that was made for Android tablets.
The player is turned into a doll & must escape the evil toy
shop using whatever she can find lying around.
Can she push, pull, swipe, and cut her way to freedom?

NARRATIVE DESIGNER
- Came up with the story, setting, characters, and enemies
- Developed touch-based mechanics
- The touch controls were introduced sequentially with different enemy types to teach the player their different uses
- The boss battle also used this same usage progression and reinforced the idea that you use what you learned earlier
- Worked on the boss battle and how the animations should be separated in order for the player to know their progression in that final battle
LEVEL DESIGNER
- Made the mock-up of out the overall layout
- Took the art assets and constructed the level using the appropriate dimensions and scale that felt appropriate
- Placed enemies and moveable objects where neccessary
PRODUCER
- Created App Icon
- Created UI Health Indicator
- Made sprite sheets to speed up art pipeline
- Playtested the game periodically
- Used Perforce for version control between team members
