It's like you are Indiana Jones...but you play as a Corgi.
Intrepid is an adventure game that focuses on the relationship between a heroic Corgi named Tank, and his human
best friend Jessie. They are the dynamic duo of the game and this is just one chapter out of their many adventures.
Players take control of Tank and lead the way as you delve deeper into the mysteries of an ancient civilization.
This is not just another escort mission. Both Tank and Jessie are integral parts of the adventure and the game
mechanics reflect that dynamic duo mentality. For example, Jessie can toss Tank up in the air when both are
trapped in a pit and Tank can then search for an escape route for Jessie that only he can create.
This game was created for a younger age demographic and is meant to promote teamwork and show a loving
relationship between a girl and her dog. They are best friends that both kick butt and can carry their own weight.

- Created & designed this game to submit to Florida Interactive Entertainment's Capstone Game Pitch Competition
- Capstone Competition determined the top 5 games that would continue on to the next round. These would be worked on by full development teams rather than individual designers
- Made the pitch in front of faculty, alumni, and peers
- Made and designed accompanying presentation with After Effects
- Created the logo
- Tied for 1st Place - 2012 Capstone Game Pitch Competition
GAME DESIGNER

- Puzzle ideas were focused more on re-establishing their relationship, co-dependency, and just plain good fun.
- Worked with programmers and animators to decide how the two main characters would interact. Specific animations were needed in combination with some special tethering to get the right results that we wanted.
LEVEL DESIGNER / WORLD BUILDER
- Laid the building blocks down for the entire level and crafted the initial cave from scratch using our art in the Havok Vision engine
- Replaced art with new updated Maya art assets and reconstructed the cave to utilize those new assets effectively
- Worked on placing lighting and fog in various areas
- Was integral in troubleshooting waterfall effect and helped come up with a work around
